Description
A small but important part of a good spinning top setup.
This 50mm concave glass disc gives your top a smooth, centred surface to spin on. The shallow concave shape helps keep the top naturally contained while still allowing it to move freely and find its balance point.
These are the glass discs I use with my Desire3D spinning top bases and cradles.
Glass is also a wearing part. Steel, tungsten, ceramic, and hardened ball tips can eventually mark or wear the surface over time, especially with repeated long spins. If your top starts behaving differently, or the surface becomes scratched or chipped, replacing the glass can bring the setup back to life.
